How does some Philly Lawyer manage to beat me in google when I actually own the proper domain name? I smell something and it stinks of lawyer.
Method 1 - ALL Carriers
This method requires that you already have a blackberry on your particular carrier. (or access to one).
1. Switch your SIM into your old device, Register on the network and push your servicebooks to ensure you have the latest (I used a T-Mobile 9700)
2. Go into options, advanced, servicebooks - HOLD THE ALT KEY and type SBEB. This will enable Legacy servicebook restore mode which allows you to backup/restore ALL of your servicebooks (and bypass having to use crackutil).
3. In Desktop Manager, plug in your 9700 (or whatever you used), go to backup-restore/advanced, on the right hand side select the servicebooks on your 9700 and press the “Left Arrow” to copy them to your PC. On the left hand side highlight the newly copied servicebooks, click file/save and name them something, 9800Servicebook for example, and save the file to the desktop. You’ve just made a COMPLETE BACKUP of your carriers servicebooks.
4. Switch your SIM back into the 9800, go to options/servicebooks, HOLD THE ALT KEY and type SBEB to enable Legacy SB restore mode.
5. Plug the 9800 into DM and restore the servicebooks that you just created using backup-restore/advanced.
6. Rebewt and bob’s ur uncle, working for all carriers. (if MMS is still tiny, it’s bc the 9800 isn’t identified on the network as a supported device).
IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE YOUR SERVICEBOOK FILE PUBLIC FOR OTHER USERS, MAKE SURE YOU DELETE YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL SERVICEBOOKS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE BACKUP.
If you choose to then enable UMA follow my guide here.

Barney “I like little boys” Frank opposing a Bush proposal that would have prevented our financial meltdown.
These two entities (Fannie and Freddie)…are not facing any kind of financial crisis…. The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing
Reports today indicate that RIM, the maker of the Blackberry, have agreed to turn over the encryption codes of their users to the Saudi government so that the traffic can be monitored. This comes only days after RIM stated that even they didn’t possess those codes.
My concern here is the threat to user data across the globe. If you open a security hole to one group how long will it be before someone takes advantage of that vulnerability and is able to hack the private data of the rest of RIM’s customers?
Way to bend over and take one in the Ass, RIM. Gives a new meaning to RIM service.

RIM, in their infinite wisdom, have decided not to release OS6 for the Blackberry Storm2. Their only device that supports openGL2 is supposedly too weak to run OS6! The best I can do is a theme.
The 9800 slider that’s being released on the 12th won’t support openGL2 either. Seriously, what is the point to RIM lately.

Seriously? Are the teachers unions really this stupid! Out of touch imbeciles. |

Why can’t the US media be this honest?
What the great French historian Alexis de Tocqueville would make of today’s Obama administration were he alive today is anyone’s guess. But I would wager that the author of L’Ancien Régime and Democracy in America would be less than impressed with the extravagance and arrogance on display among the White House elites that rule America as though they had been handed some divine right to govern with impunity.
